Fabiane Yung
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Faby graduated in Fashion Design from Estácio de Sá University. At age 25, Faby as founder and creative director launched her own brand, Sawabona, that owned and operated several dedicated stores in Brazil. She has also studied Anatomy at Harvard continued education and is certified by the American Society of Anatomy with a focus on advanced Esthetics and Body Sculpting.
Faby has lived in Hawaii for many years, from North Shore to Hawaii Kai, and with the founding of Akala Med Spa she has partnered with Dr. Tony Trpkovski, our Medical Director and CEO of NIU Health.

For over 20 years, Francia Birulin has built her career in some of the most demanding areas
of healthcare — emergency medicine, trauma, critical care, and international flight nursing.These experiences shaped her calm precision, advanced clinical judgment, and unwavering
commitment to safety, excellence, and compassionate patient care.
Transitioning into regenerative aesthetics was a natural evolution — blending decades of medical
experience with artistry, innovation, and a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
Francia is committed to mastering her craft through ongoing education, attending elite industry
conferences, advanced anatomy training, and world-class regenerative medicine programs to
remain at the forefront of cutting-edge techniques.
Specializing in cellular rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics, Francia focuses on natural, refined
results using advanced therapies including PRP/PRFM, biostimulators, collagen restoration, PDO
threads, exosomes, premium fillers, neuromodulators, hair restoration, and intimate wellness
treatments for both men and women.
Her philosophy is simple: listen first, enhance naturally. Every treatment plan is personalized with
the goal of restoring confidence, maintaining facial harmony, and honoring each person’s unique

Cherry Elaine S Medina, based in Honolulu, HI, US, is currently a Nurse Practitioner Hospice Transition Specialist at Bristol Hospice. Cherry Elaine S Medina brings experience from previous roles at Adventist Health, Kaiser Permanente and Careresource Hawaii. Cherry Elaine S Medina holds a 2019 - 2021 Master's degree in Adult Gerontolgy Primary Care @ Walden University

A Journey of Education and Experience
Born and raised in Waianae, Kawaiohawaiki pursued higher education in Honolulu, graduating from college before attending massage school on the Big Island. She honed her skills as a massage therapist in Manhattan, refining her expertise over the course of 20 years.
A Commitment to Community and Heritage as three of her grandparents were full-blooded Native Hawaiian, Kawaiohawaiki is deeply committed to her cultural heritage.
