New or first-time memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment period. 

Memberships are billed on the first day of the month.

Treatments discounts and memberships are non-transferrable

Free services, products, or any other benefits must be used between the first and last day of the month. They cannot be carried over and will be forfeited if not used.
